You have 3 working days to review each piece — and we'll always follow up before then. If we genuinely don't hear back, the content runs on the planned schedule so your calendar stays consistent. Each piece comes with 2 revision rounds — and if a revision is needed because we made the mistake (typo, wrong color, off-brief), it doesn't count toward your quota. Those we fix free. From the 3rd revision onward, Rp 50.000,00 each. The system keeps both sides honest: we aim to get it right early, you give clear direction. Surabaya is included. For locations outside East Java or in Bali, transportation, accommodation, and on-location costs are quoted separately. We can also work with local production partners to keep costs reasonable. Surabaya sudah termasuk.
